Police Chief Works to Build Tolerance

With an influx of refugees and a strong job market, a more diverse population is moving into New Hampshire. To make this transition smooth and to improve racial tolerance, Laconia Police Chief Bill Baker says the police need to take a leadership role in educating the public and preventing hate crimes.
