Lakes Region Property Values Soar

The Lakes Region Conservation Trust has raised 200 thousand dollars to protect 175 acres in Moultonboro near lakes Winnipesaukee and Squam. The deal comes during a heightened real estate market in the lakes region. Russ Thibeault, President of the ALlied Economic Research is a real estate consultant in Laconia. Thibeault told NHPR's Mark Bevis he's seen nothing like it in his 25 years in the area.
