Bush Campaign Official Resigns Over Jamming Scandal

The resignation of James Tobin, President Bush's New England Campaign Chair, has again roiled the waters between local GOP and Democratic Party partisans. Tobin stepped down after state democrats implicated him in the illegal phone jamming that took place on election day 2002. In a statement, Tobin said the allegations against him are without merit.

New Hampshire Public Radio's Josh Rogers reports on the reaction of local party chairs.
