Maine Group Registering Thousands

They're supposed to be some of the most disenfranchised voters in America...

But in Maine this summer, two dozen 20-somethings are undertaking what's believed to be one of the most aggressive voter registration drives that state has ever seen.

So far, the non-partisan campaign by the Maine People's Resource Center says it has signed up 4300 new voters since June.

And as Maine Public Radio's Susan Chisholm reports they have an ambitious goal over the next two months.
