New Hampshire recently received a D+ grade for its efforts against global warming. We'll ask what policies are in place to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and look at what other options are being considered. And, we'll see how other New England states are doing. Laura's guests are Joanne Morin, Administrator of Technical Services with the Air Resources Division of the Department of Environmental Services, and Gina McCarthy, Deputy Undersecretary of the Office of Commonwealth Development in Massachusetts. Both work with the New England Governor's Conference & Eastern Canadian Premiers.
