Cleaning Up Older Power Plants

New Hampshire's Department of Environmental Services unveils a new plan to sharply reduce pollution from the state's older power plants. The plan has support from Governor Shaheen, from many environmentalists, and from PSNH. If lawmakers approve the plan, it may go on to serve as a national model.
