LL Bean to Sue for Pop Up Ads

Outdoor retailer LL Bean has filed suit in US District Court in Maine against four companies that use pop-up box advertising on Bean's own website.

The complaint accuses Nordstrom, JC Penney, Atkins and Gevalia of trademark infringement, false advertising, deceptive practices and unfair competition.
