Mike's guests are Marc Genest, Visiting Professor in the Strategy and Policy Dept at the Naval War College in Rhode Island and Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Rhode Island, and Dean Spiliotes, Visiting Scholar at the Institute of Politics at St. Anselm College.
