Bode Miller is currently enjoying rock star status on the slopes of Europe. But before his recent fourth place finish in the World Cup of skiing, the series title in the Giant Slalom, or even his Olympic medals, Bode was dazzling locals on the slopes of New Hampshire. His story is told in a new film by Bill Rogers. Flying Downhill looks at Bode?s early life on a 500-acre homestead and his meteoric rise to become one of the best skiers in the world. Bill joins John to talk about his personal observations about Bode, his other films, and his role as director of the Coruway Film Institute in Portsmouth.
