Mike's guests are Sydney Finkelstein, Steven Roth Professor of Management at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business and author of Why Smart Executives Fail and What You Can Learn from their Mistakes and Michael Hoffman, Executive Director of the Center for Business Ethics at Bentley College.
