New Urbanism

Throughout the country, communities are popping up under a new development style called "Traditional Neighborhood Design"... densely built, walkable commuties with safer streets, neighborhood parks, a wide range of housing styles and costs and neighborhood parks. Clark Brook, the first TND neighborhood in New England will break ground this spring in Rochester, New Hampshire. We'll look at the benefits and criticism of this new idea of urbanism.
