Don't make the mistake of calling them "Nexters" or "Generation Y." Americans 21 and younger have worked hard to get out from under the shadow of Generation X. Meet the Millennials. Though they've gotten some bad press -- as spoiled, promiscuous, prone to drinking and drugs -- our guest says this is far from the truth. Millennials, he says, are confident, optimistic, idealistic and civic-minded.
