Iraq is in the news again with the weekend capture of Saddam Hussein. Many of the Democratic candidates are making foreign policy speeches this week. We'll take a closer look at how foreign policy is playing out amongst the candidates and President Bush. Laura's guests are Jennifer Donahue, Senior Advisor for Political Affairs at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at St. Anselm College, and Allan Stam, Associate Professor of Government at Dartmouth College. We'll also hear from Andy Smith, Director of the UNH Survey Center.
