General Wesley Clark talks about why the US should submit to international law, his approach to affirmative action, his opposition to No Child Left Behind and many other issues. Questions were submitted by high school and college students from around the country as part of America's Youth Forum 2004 sponsored by the Institute of Politics at St. Anselm and USA Today.
