Clark Says US Should Submit to International Law

Periodically this primary season, New Hampshire Public Radio has been bringing you extended comments from the democratic presidential candidates. Last night at St. Anselm College in Manchester, General Wesley Clark fielded questions from about 75 students.

One of them raised the issue of the Bush administration?s handling of more than 600 detainees at Guantanamo Bay. He wanted to know if the men captured during the war in Afghanistan should be treated as prisoners of war.
