Earlier this month, New Hampshire became the first state to file suit against several oil companies, blaming them for the fuel additive contaminating the state's water supply. The lawsuit highlights a broader national struggle over energy policy. Our guests include Nancy Girard, Vice President of the Conservation Law Foundation , and Scott Segal, an attorney who represents MtBE manufacturers in Washington, D.C.
