The governor is backing a constitutional amendment that would put the power of funding state education entirely in lawmakers' hands. We'll sift through the proposal and what its practical effect might be on public schools. Laura's guests are Andru Volinsky, a partner for Stein, Volinsky, and Callaghan and Lead Council to the Claremont Lawsuit School Districts and Charles Arlinghaus, President of the Josiah Bartlett Center for Public Policy and past New England Policy Director for the Republican National Committee. We also hear from Keith Herman, Policy Advisor for Governor Benson, and State Senator Sylvia Larsen.
