Signs are pointing to a better economy, but America's workforce remains jittery. Unemployment remains high, wage increases have stalled out, benefit packages are shrinking and the American company man is working more and vacationing less than their European and Asian counterparts. We take a look at the state and psyche of the American workforce. Trish's guest are Carl Van Horn, Director of the Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University and Steven Greenhouse, Reporter for the New York Times and author of the article "Looks Like a Recovery, Feels Like a Recession".
