It almost sounds like role reversal. Some New Hampshire teens are working to pass a bill to hold adults and youth more responsible for "knowingly" hosting underage drinking. But to their surprise, certain legislators are condemning the idea saying it goes too far. Who should be held responsible for underage drinking? Laura's guests are Senator Frank Sapareto from Derry, and Kaitlin Reilly and Andrew McLean, two teens who support the bill.
