Learning From Berlin and Gorham

Colebrook may be the most recent town to wait for word about its economic future, but many other communities have been in the same position. The former mayor of Berlin, Dick Huot tried to generate enthusiasm for economic development in his area before the Berlin-Gorham mill shut down two years ago. He met with limited success. New Hampshire Public Radio's Jon Greenberg has more.
