Bill Bryson lives in Hanover and he?s written some of the best and funniest travel books around. He?s best known for A Walk in the Woods, Notes from a Small Island, and In a Sunburned Country. He?s journeyed across the US, Europe and Australia, and walked the Appalachian Trail, but his new book is not about travel. It?s called ,A Short History of Nearly Everything. It starts with an explanation of the Big Bang and goes right through the present day in typical witty, yet informative, Bryson style.
