Parental Notification

A bill in the New Hampshire legislature would require that abortion providers notify the parents of a minor who seeks to terminate a pregnancy. Those in favor of the measure maintain that parents have a right to know what medical care their children seek and receive. Those opposed say that such a bill would run counter to New Hampshire's long tradition of staying out of private family matters. Laura's guests are Rep.
