Americans often take for granted their first amendment right to free political expression. But in Keene, that right has clashed with an organization's desire to remain politically neutral. The issue involves the Red Cross and a volunteer who wanted to express his opposition to the war in Iraq. The Keene Sentinel's Carolyn Martin has more.
