A DEBATE IS QUIETY BREWING AMONG CONSERVATIVES IN THE STATEHOUSE.

ONE SIDE WANTS THE STATE TO PROTECT PERSONAL PRIVACY.

THE OTHER SIDE WANTS TO REDUCE GOVERNMENT REGULATION.

AND BOTH SIDES ARE LOOKING TO THE GOVERNOR TO TIP THE BALANCE.
