Relations between the two counties cooled last year, after a tense stand-off involving a downed U.S. spy plane. Now, the Pentagon has resumed high-level talks with the Chinese military to hash-out differences between the nations. We’ll find out what these talks mean and get some history on the relationship between the US and China. Laura’s guest is Chris Reardon, associate professor of Political Science at the University of New Hampshire www.unh.edu.
