In 1962, near the end of his life, the great poet went on a tour of the Soviet Union. He met with that country?s leading writers and also with Soviet leader Khruschev. At his side was a young scholar named F.D. Reeve, who acted as translator for Frost. Reeve is now a poet himself. His book about the journey has been republished. It's called ?Robert Frost in Russia? and it's published by Zephyr Press.
