According to one of our guests, the cubicle culture is driving some people to extreme stress levels, causing insomnia and illness. In some workplaces, employees are coming to blows, abusing one another verbally and sometimes physically. Laura talks with Sean Hutchinson, President of Integra Realty Resources, a group which studied workplace stress, and Leonard Greenhalgh, Professor of Management at Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School of Business Administration.
