No More Jury Trials At District Courts

Citing time and resources, the Supreme Court has suspended Jury Trials at the District Court Level in Merrimack and Rockingham Counties. The experiment was put in place in 1992 to help alleviate congestion at the Superior Court level...but now the log jam is in the District Courts.
