New Hampshire is one of only four states that doesn't mandate drivers to carry insurance on their vehicles. But a new bill in the House (HB563) would require proof of insurance from anyone registering their car. Opponents of the proposal say New Hampshire already has a low percentage of uninsured drivers, and that such legislation is unnecessary. Steve Zind speaks with Representative Tom Arnold, the bill's sponsor, and Representative John Hunt, Chair of the House Commerce Committee.
