It?s taken a huge hit with layoffs at IBM, and downsizing and plant closings. But, like New Hampshire, tourism is strong there, and Vermont?s quality of life is still attractive to business. We?ll look at how Vermont?s doing and how it fits into the overall economic picture of New England.
