Lawmakers Agree to Fund HHS

House and Senate Lawmakers have filled a $17.5 Million gap in the Department of Health and Human Services Budget. Without the funds, the state would have been shore on cash to pay health care costs for poor and elderly. NHPR's Mark Bevis reports.
