A new report cites major problems in how the state handles abuse and neglect cases. But state officials argue they simply don't have the resources to keep up. We'll talk about flaws in the system and proposals to make it better. Laura's guests are Christina Crowe from the Judge Baker Children's Center in Boston and member of an oversight panel following the progress of the NH Division of Children Youth and Families (DCYF) and Nancy Rollins, Director of the NH DCYF.
