What Will UNH's New Research Vessel Do?

Among those most keenly interested in the construction of a new NOAA research vessel is Andy Armstrong, Co-Director of the NOAA-UNH Joint Hydrographic Center, and a retired NOAA Captain. NHPR's Doug MacPherson spoke with Armstrong at his laboratory on the UNH campus earlier today. Doug asked Armstrong to describe what the new vessel will look like.
