The State's Drought Management Team has announced that New Hampshire, except for Coos County, is now in a drought emergency. That means that communities have to begin water conservation measures. Marilee Horn has some suggestions on how towns should proceed. Horn is a water specialist for the US Geological Survey. She spoke with NHPR's Mark Bevis
