Attorney General Phillip McLaughlin was back in Washington DC today. He and 7 other regional AGs met with EPA Administrator Christine Todd Whitman. The subject of the meeting was proposed Bush ADministration changes to the Clean Air Act that opponents say could mean dirtier air for New England. Attorney General McLaughlin called NHPR's Mark Bevis from the road right after the meeting with Whitman.
