Disabilities Rights Center Files Suit Against NH

The Disabilities Rights Center has filed suit against the State of behalf of some 200 people with developmental disabilities. The Center charges New Hampshire is disobeying State and Federal law by making people wait for years before receiving medicaid assistance. The Center's Legal Director Ron Lopennato outlined the suit for NHPR's Mark Bevis. After that discussion, Bevis speaks with HHS Commissioner Donald Shumway for his reaction to the suit.
