And after facing criticism for their actions, Broderick and Duggan asked the committee to investigate.

In a written statement, Justices Broderick and Duggan said they were pleased with the Special Panel?s findings.
And they wrote, they have taken to heart the Panel?s comment regarding the importance of the public?s perceptions.
