Despite Budget Cuts, NH's Bond Rating Strong

Despite the budget shortfall, investors still find New Hampshire a good place to put their money. Anne Brossard is the lead analyst on New Hampshire For Moody�s Investor Services. She told NHPR�s Mark Bevis that the budget deficit was no surprise and will likely have no impact on the state�s bond rating.
