Brian Ferran is an artist form Northern Ireland and until recently was head of the Northern Ireland Arts Council. Brian has been in New Hampshire for the last several weeks as part of a sister city exchange program with Portsmouth. He talks about being the first Catholic artist to hold the Arts Council position and the role of art in a land of conflict.
