Health Insurance Parity

A New Hampshire House Commerce subcommittee has reached a compromise on a bill to provide the same health insurance coverage for mental illness and substance abuse as for physical illness. But critics of the bill argue it will increase health care costs. NHPR's Lisa Peakes reports.
