Municipal Elections in 4 NH Cities

Today is election day in some New Hampshire communities. Voters go to the polls in several granite state cities, including Concord, Portsmouth, Berlin, and Manchester. NHPR talked to reporters for newspapers in each of those cities to find out whatï¿½s on the ballot.
