The man who cast the first vote in many of the Presidential Elections of the last forty years has died. Neil Tillotson was more than 100 years old. Correspondent Av Harris reports that Tillotson was so interested in presidential politics, he found a way to insure that the handful of residents of Dixville Notch would get to cast the first votes.
