Election 2008 Open Source: Terms of Use

NHPR is making its raw audio and images from the campaign trail available to individual users for remixes, blogs and more. You are free to share and remix NHPR election 2008 photos and audio under the following conditions:

1) Attribution. You must attribute the work with a credit to New Hampshire Public Radio and a link to NHPR's Election 2008 page, http://www.nhpr.org/election2008. The attribution should not imply or suggest that NHPR endorses you, your work or your usage of the materials.

2) These materials are made available for personal, noncommercial use only.

3) These materials may not be used by any candidate or campaign.

4) These materials may not be made available for redistribution (for example, you cannot copy NHPR's photos into your own Flickr gallery, or make an audio archive containing NHPR's raw audio)

5) NHPR retains all copyright to audio and images offered through Election 2008 Open Source.

6) This license applies only to Election 2008 open source materials. No other NHPR materials may be used without express permission.
