The Exchange takes a break for a Labor Day special by the World Vision Report. Around the globe men and women are constantly seeking new ways to make a living. In a small African village they’re using peanut butter to get out of poverty. In India, women rent their wombs to childless couples in the West and in Ghana, coffin makers produce custom made boxes that reflect what the dead did for a living.
