The goal of Reality Check is to start a program in the community where young adults (target market for now: ages 15-21) will learn business skills for success in the "real" world. These skills include gaining knowledge in the areas of employment, business-social skills, leadership and time management. Whether one chooses to enter the workforce immediately upon graduation or whether one decides to seek a post-secondary education, these skills are necessary for success.
