Fast Food Meets Local Food

On one end of the food spectrum, you have fast food: It's cheap, it's predictable, and it's the same everywhere you go. On the other hand, you have locally-grown, 
organic, high-quality products that tend to be a bit more expensive and less universal. Well, now there's a movement afoot to bring those two disparate worlds together. Washington Post reporter Jane Black recently wrote an article about chain restaurants that are bringing local foods onto their menus, and she spoke about it with Word of Mouth host Virginia Prescott.
