What about HB 1281?

This bill would prohibit NH State Universities from mandating health insurance, effectively killing the health plan that many of students enjoy.

UNH's insurance requirement currently allows the University community to ensure that all of its students have access to affordable and comprehensive medical insurance. HB 1281 effectively eliminates UNH's insurance program, and would leave thousands of students without health insurance.
