Thursday on Word of Mouth, we speak with Silja Talvi about the growing trend of personal tasers. They're a hot new gift item: They're sleek, colorful, and some even have MP3 players built-in. They're marketed towards women who need a little extra protection, but critics like Silja say they're dangerous and an invitation to trouble.
