More than one thousand New Hampshire residents greeted Senator Hillary Clinton this weekend in Nashua.

New Hampshire Public Radio’s Amy Quinton reports.

Web resources:

It was a standing room only crowd in a Nashua High School gym as Hillary Clinton hit the stage on Sunday.

In her first big speech since the weekend presidential candidates’ debate, Clinton tried to separate herself from opponents Barack Obama and John Edwards.

She told the crowd that she’s the candidate for change and it’s time voters separate rhetoric from reality.

"If you say that you passed the patient's bill of rights, but you forget to add that it never got signed into law, that’s not change." (applause)

Clinton was referring to John Edwards, but she also took aim at Obama saying he’s siding with special interests.

Weekend polling shows Clinton and Obama in a statistical dead heat for the Democratic nomination.
