A shut down at Pulp and Paper of America's pulp mill and a partial closing of the paper mill has many North Country residents concerned about the future of the region's economy. Berlin Mayor Bob D'Anderson says he'd like to diversify by bringing in a federal prison and gambling. We'll talk about these ideas and the overall impact of mill troubles.
